Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey.
It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like.
You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email (before April 9th)!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://hodei.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://hodei.backerkit.com/faq

Le lien pour accéder au formulaire est personnel, c'est la raison pour laquelle il vous sera envoyé par email (avant le 9 avril).
Vous n'avez pas besoin de créer un compte sur Backerkit pour remplir le questionnaire.
Si vous voulez voir le status de votre commande ou modifier vos informations, vous pouvez accéder à votre questionnaire grâce à votre lien, donc ne jetez pas votre email tout de suite ! Si vous l'avez déjà jetté vous faire la demande d'un nouveau lien en cliquant sur "Lost your survey" sur la page BackerKit de HODEI : https://hodei.backerkit.com

In case you arrived late at the party or want to let your friends know about HODEI, we transfer our campaign on IndieGogo so you can still pre-order your pair while we work on our own e-commerce website.
Next steps for you!
In the next days, Kickstarter will collect the payment for your pledge.
Within 2 weeks, you will receive a survey, in this survey you will fill in the detailed info of your pledge such as: size, color (for the Silent Runner KIT), address where to ship it and your language preference (English or French).
You will be able to add extra pairs and/or other rewards at that time - we also added some surprise items that you may like!
Next steps for us!
It's production time baby!
We will be in touch with our vendor in France to start the manufacturing of the molds that will be used for the different sizes of the Silent Runner foam CORE. We'll also reach out to our partners and artisans for the production of the different elements of the KIT (laces, retainers, 3D printed parts).

Thank you again for choosing to support a project that respect the rules of Circular Economy and not being fooled by the many projects you'll see out there that never really close the recycling loop!
Unlike these projects, HODEI is the only sustainable shoe:
- with a deconstructable design allowing it to be recycled,
- which has its return cost included in its price,
- that will be recycled (by us) at the end of its life cycle - as long as you return it!

Here we are, the turning point where our dream becomes reality. It means a lot to us after the past 4 years of hard work. We wanted to sincerely thank you all for your interest and of course for your support both morally and financially.
Thanks to you HODEI is now live and your pledges turned into concrete pre-orders, making HODEI and its sustainable model a legit player in the footwear market while still being a small family own brand!
The future of sustainable footwear is bright and hopefully big brands will join the way towards recycling their shoes in order to reduce waste.
Oh, one last thing!

We received a lot of comments about offering add-ons in order to allow you to pledge for more than one pair or even add other rewards to it. So we are happy to announce that Kickstarter is now offering that option and that the following add-ons are available:

- Extra pair of Silent Runner CORE
- Extra pair of Silent Runner KIT (limited edition of 900 pairs)
You can adjust your pledge at anytime until the end of the campaign.
